Charging the citizens of Brookline money for parking on Gibbs Street (and many more) is unfair. The ban is from 8am to 10am. Why? What is the reason? Street sweeping? No. Matinence? No. To make money off of hardworking, financially struggling college students is absurd and unfair. Take away the parking ban and unnecessary payments or give the community a solid reason as to why we cannot park on our own street only from 8-10
